Are you an advokatbyrå?

No. We are a Swedish law firm but not an advokatbyrå, and no one here holds the protected title advokat. Legal advice is not a reserved activity in Sweden; only the title is protected. The practical consequence is that we have no advokatsekretess, and we set out on a dedicated page where that matters and where it does not.

Do you publish your prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every fixed-price product carries its price and delivery time. Where scope cannot be drawn we work hourly with a ceiling written into the engagement letter.

How quickly do you respond?

Accepted Answer

A written preliminary position within 24 working hours, with no invoice attached to it, and a proposal within 48 hours of the call.
