Most of the Swedish legal material online was written before the four regimes that changed in 2025. Lodline exists to sound the depth before you commit — to measure a matter, price it, put a date on it, and only then decide whether it is worth doing.
The name
A lodline is the weighted cord a navigator drops over the side to learn what is actually under the hull. Not a guess, not a chart drawn by someone else — a measurement, taken now, at this spot. That is the whole method: no advice before the depth is known.
Why now
Four Swedish regimes changed inside twelve months — a rebuilt bankruptcy procedure, NIS2, a widened investment-screening regime, and a record year for Stockholm arbitration. Each has a date attached. A firm that dates and re-checks what it publishes is worth more than one that does not.
How we are built
