What is not on this list, and why
Delivery partners in jurisdictions where we do not act directly are not named. They are named to the client at proposal stage, before any engagement is signed, and their identity forms part of the proposal.
This is not evasion. Naming them publicly would tell the counterparties of our clients where we look and through whom — which reduces the value of the work for the client who paid for it. Any client can ask for the name before deciding, and no one is asked to engage us without knowing who will do the work.
Transfers outside the EEA
None for the purposes above. Where a specific matter requires a transfer, it is agreed with the client separately and documented in the engagement letter.
